Your documents can be easily submitted electronically via e-mail.  We can also receive files from you on CD or via Flash Drive.  We can receive and open many native file formats, however, files sent in PDF format are preferred to preserve file fonts, colors and other key format elements. Emails must be 10mb or less in size.  To submit files via e-mail send them to:

Please send files to size as individual pages.  For example, for business cards, send a PDF file at 3.5"x2".  For brochures or booklets, please send each individual page, in order, as a PDF binder.  We have imposition software to set up your project as necessary.  If your design requires your project to bleed, please include an extra 1/8" bleed on all sides for trimming purposes.  Our staff will be happy to answer any other set-up questions you may have.
